Our items come in their original packaging with a cellophane seal for added authenticity — just as available from major retailers. Only a few items don't include this seal, as they are produced per manufacturer guidelines. Shop with confidence, knowing what you purchase is the exact product available on the high street.

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday) are packed and dispatched the same day. Delivery time then depends on your country and chosen service — see our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Every order is sent tracked.

Perfume is crafted with a ratio of natural oils and synthetic materials, blended with an alcohol base for long-lasting scent. The difference between Parfum, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette is in the concentration of oils, which affects the strength and longevity of the fragrance.

Parfum has around 20–40% concentration and usually lasts 6 hrs+
Eau de Parfum has 8–15% and lasts around 4–6 hrs
Eau de Toilette has 3–8% and lasts around 3–4 hrs

Concentration and longevity vary between manufacturers and fragrances. A lighter Eau de Toilette can also be the better choice on hot or humid days, giving a fresher impression.

We ship within the EU to Spain and to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden.

On the day of delivery you'll receive a notification from the courier with your estimated delivery window. If you're not available, you can usually redirect the parcel to a neighbour or reschedule for another day, including weekends.

No problem — we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided they are new, unused and in their original packaging. Just visit our Returns & Refunds page to request a return.

To reduce cost and unnecessary waste, we send all order documents by email. You'll receive a dispatch note with tracking when your order ships, and a VAT invoice by email shortly after. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.

If you purchased the item from us within the last 30 days and the price is later reduced, please contact us and we'll be happy to refund the difference.

Because some couriers limit flammable goods per parcel, we may split your order into more than one shipment. Please be assured the rest of your order will be with you very soon.

To keep your fragrance vibrant, store it in a cool, dark place and keep it sealed in its original box for maximum longevity. Like a fine wine, quality fragrances respond better to stable, cool conditions. Eau de Parfum is more resistant to change as it contains a higher oil concentration.

No. All of our destinations are within the EU, so there are no customs charges or import duties. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting your return, and are issued to your original payment method.
