Shipping Policy

At Parfum Oasis we ship 100% authentic fragrances quickly and safely from within Europe. This page explains where we deliver, the options available, and how much shipping costs. All prices are in euros (€).

Where we ship

We currently deliver to Spain and the following 9 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Sweden.

We do not ship outside these destinations at this time.

Dispatch & processing

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times

The transit times below are typical estimates. Please confirm or adjust them to match your carriers' actual service levels before publishing.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.

Free shipping thresholds

  • Mainland Spain: free on every order.
  • Spanish islands (Balearic & Las Palmas): free on orders of €100 or more (otherwise €1.99).
  • Rest of Europe – Standard: free on orders of €100 or more (otherwise €2.99).
  • Rest of Europe – Express: free on orders of €200 or more (otherwise €5.99).

Customs & duties

All of our destinations are within the European Union, so there are no customs charges or import duties on your order. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no surprises on delivery.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow it to your door.

Note for internal review: the shipping zones above mirror your current Shopify configuration exactly. One point to double-check — the Canary Islands are split across two rates: Santa Cruz de Tenerife province ships free (it sits in your "Spain Mainland" zone), while Las Palmas province is €1.99 (in your "Spain Non-Mainland" zone). If you intend all Canary Islands to be treated the same, adjust the zones in Settings → Shipping and delivery.
