Our store offers free delivery within Hungary, 3 EUR shipping to selected EU countries, and a 6 EUR flat rate to the rest of Europe, with clear, upfront pricing as required under EU e‑commerce rules.

Shipping coverage

• Domestic (Hungary): Free standard home delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

• Zone 1 – 3 EUR shipping: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, and Denmark are charged a flat 3 EUR per order.

• Zone 2 – Rest of Europe: All other European countries we ship to are charged a flat 6 EUR per order.

• Customers will see the applicable shipping cost clearly displayed at checkout before confirming the order, in line with EU transparency requirements.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Hungary: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Other European countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local courier performance.

Shipping methods and tracking

• Orders are shipped with reputable courier or postal services offering doorstep delivery within the covered countries.
