Returns are accepted within 30 days, items must be new and unused (unless otherwise agreed), the buyer usually pays return shipping, and refunds are issued within one week of receiving the return.
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Returns requested after 30 days may be rejected or handled at the seller’s discretion.
Items must be returned new and unused, in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and tags.
If a different condition is agreed in advance (for example, for a damaged or opened item), this must be confirmed by the seller before the return is sent.
Unless the return is due to an error by the seller (such as wrong item, damaged item on arrival, or other seller‑caused issue), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the seller is at fault, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered or a prepaid return label may be provided, as agreed with customer service.
Refunds for approved returns are processed within 7 days (1 week) after the returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
To initiate a return, customers should request it through the order page orcontact customer support with the order number, item details, and reason for return before sending anything back.
Return instructions, including the correct return address and any reference needed on the parcel, will be provided by the support team.
